
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through outbound calls, and building strong client relationships to drive company growth. The role includes understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and closing sales while ensuring excellent after-sales service and ongoing customer satisfaction. The candidate will maintain accurate records of all sales activities, collaborate effectively with the team, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, with at least one year of experience in sales or business developmentโthough freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
