ASSISTANT MANAGER (Kandy & Colombo)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and approach new projects and new client acquisitions within the market/ geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Frequently meet potential clients by growing, Maintaining and leveraging client network
- Devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance target•
- Serve as a key point of contact who responsible for local business opportunities and growth by ensuring effective communication with the clients
- Expand in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
REQUIRMENTS OF THE ROLES
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar role
- CIM/SLIM or equivalent professional qualification
- A proven track record of Sales and marketing, business development and client relationship.
- Eager to learn and work hard towards achieving set goals& objectives.•
- Pleasant personality, open minded, independent, Professionalism and integrity •
- Age below 35 years
- Fluent in English•
- PR and communication skill.
- Sales exposure in hospitality sector would be an added advantage•
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
