JOB PROFILE
- Helping implement company ISO requirements across the factories especially on floor level basis
- Coordination with RM stores and other departments as necessary to resolve quality related issues
- Visiting the factories on regular basis and carry out audits on the Quality System, Processes and Products
- Producing necessary audit reports where the audits are conducted
- Coordinating with factory Supervisors and Employees identifying day to day quality problems
- Analyzing Quality Issues, finding root causes and proposing and taking corrective actions
- Implementing the decision taken in Quality Meetings for Customer Complaints and Non-Conformities
- Ensure Operational Quality in Outsourced Productions To assist the data entering activities where necessary
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- HND or Graduate or Reading in Management/ Material Science or any other equivalent qualification
- 1 Year experience- related field (would be an Added Advantage)
- Problem solving & decision-making skill
- Time Management skills
- Fluency in English & Sinhala
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A candidate within or around Kandy District would be an added advantage
