Human Resources Executive

Job profile

  • Manage and carry out day to day operational activities of the HR department

Conduct operational activities of employee life cycle:

i.e employee joining / employee separation & during the employment.

  • Submit monthly reports to the Management
  • Coordinate staff welfare and employee engagement activities
  • Assist the performance management process and training and development initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Should possess part or full professional qualification in Human Resource.
  • Management in a recognized institution or possess a degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum three (03) years' working experience in Human Resources
  • Should have sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizing and lime-management skills
  • Excellent Computer literacy in MS Excel and hands on experience working with Hsenid HRIS
