We are looking for a Reservation Executive with IATA/UFTAA qualifications and hands-on experience in GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus). The ideal candidate will handle reservations, provide excellent customer support, maintain accurate booking records, assist with travel itineraries, and coordinate with the finance team for payments. Candidates with 2+ years of reservation experience are encouraged to apply.

Process reservations and bookings using Sabre or Amadeus

Provide excellent customer service by managing inquiries and resolving issues

Ensure accuracy in booking details and maintain updated reservation records

Assist in creating and managing customized travel itineraries

Support customer base growth through efficient and professional service

IATA/UFTAA qualification (fully or partially completed)

Proficiency in GDS systems – Sabre or Amadeus

Minimum 2+ years of experience in reservations
