JOB PROFILE
- Supervise of production employees, maintenance & packing.
- Maintain a clean & safe working environment.
- Monitor & maintain molding machines and equipment.
- Monitor & maintain product quality standards.
- Delivering production targets
- Monitoring factory worker performance
- Reporting production outputs
- Lead the packing section to meet production deadlines.
- Achieve set delivery targets.
- Monitoring & reporting production output on shift basis
- Ensure to meet final quality parameters expected by customers.
- Plan and organize packing team to get the optimum output.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- GCE (Advance Level)
- At least 01 Year experience in the field of Supervisor
- Should be self-motivated, energetic, flexible and able to manage stressful situations. • Willing to work on shift basis including night shifts.
- Age below 40 years
- Residing close to Moratuwa or Easy Travel to Moratuwa would be an added advantage.
