We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Lifestyle Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering premium experiences, managing exclusive client requests, and executing high-end events with precision.

Responsibilities
  • Member Lifestyle Management
  • Handle day-to-day member requests with efficiency and discretion.
  • Source premium vendors and negotiate preferential rates.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members to understand preferences and anticipate needs.
  • Event Planning & Execution
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute private and corporate events.
  • Manage budgets, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground operations.
  • Ensure seamless event delivery from planning to post-event reporting.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee event setups when required.
  • Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Identify opportunities to generate new private and corporate events.
  • Convert member relationships into event revenue streams.
  • Build partnerships with venues, brands, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve agreed revenue and event targets.
  • Operations & Administration
  • Maintain detailed records of member interactions and event pipelines.
  • Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide post-event performance analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
  • 2 years’ experience in hospitality, luxury services, or event management.
  • Strong network within hospitality, luxury brands, and corporate sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate and close event businesses
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and attend events when required
