Make outbound calls to potential customers

Clearly introduce company products and services

Identify customer needs and generate sales leads

Schedule follow-ups and appointments

Maintain accurate call records and customer information

Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets

Handle customer objections professionally

Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions

Fluency in English (mandatory)

Knowledge of Hindi and/or Malay (Malaysian language) is a plus
