Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Control operational costs and improve store profitability
  • Reduce customer complaints through improved service and order accuracy
  • Ensure timely order preparation and delivery
  • Maintain zero product expiry and manage stock variance effectively
  • Minimize wastage and track expiry data regularly
  • Execute promotions and in-store campaigns as planned
  • Align team performance with store KPIs
  • Drive team engagement, productivity, and employee retention
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail operations role
  • FMCG or retail industry experience is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of sales, inventory, and cost management
  • Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
