Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead financial operations and drive business performance. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure financial excellence, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and performance management
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting processes
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Drive strategic financial planning and decision-making
  • Strengthen internal controls and improve financial efficiency
Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant qualification (CA or equivalent)
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience in financial operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
