Responsibilities
- Promote overseas employment opportunities and recruitment services.
- Develop marketing campaigns to attract skilled and professional candidates.
- Manage social media platforms and create recruitment-related content.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, online platforms, and networking.
- Communicate with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
Job Benefits
Salary - Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 75,000 gross, negotiable based on qualifications and experience
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing or recruitment marketing is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Tamil is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
- Ability to handle candidate inquiries professionally.
- Creative mindset with skills in content creation and digital promotions.
