Lanka Talents Creation (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities in property sales and management services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and develop lasting relationships with clients, property owners, buyers, and tenants.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in property sales and property management services.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients, property owners, prospective buyers, and tenants.
- Visit and inspect properties for sales, rentals, and management purposes.
- Promote company properties and services to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, sales leads, negotiations, and property viewings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and tenants.
- Prepare field visit reports and maintain accurate sales and property records.
- Monitor property market trends and competitor activities.
- Support business development activities and identify potential clients.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification preferred.
- A diploma or qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience in property sales or facilities management sales will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and meet prospective clients.
