Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our client's dynamic engineering team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing electrical installation and project implementation activities, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with required quality standards and project targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee electrical installation and project implementation activities.
- Support project planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities remain aligned with project timelines and targets.
- Lead and coordinate teams to achieve agreed KPIs and project objectives.
- Conduct effective site management and ensure smooth execution of electrical works.
- Coordinate with clients and address their requirements and expectations professionally.
- Handle customer negotiations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor project performance and identify issues requiring timely corrective action.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. (Eng) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical installation.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in site management.
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of electrical installation and project implementation.
- Willingness to travel to any part of Sri Lanka.
- Valid driving/riding licence.
- Ability to join ASAP.
