Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an organic food and beverage manufacturing facility. The role will focus on production efficiency, food safety, quality, cost control, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of food manufacturing and food safety systems, capable of driving operational excellence and leading high-performing production teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall factory operations and ensure smooth production.
- Plan and monitor production schedules for timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000.
- Lead and manage production teams.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
- Previous managerial or senior supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an organic food/beverage environment is an added advantage.
