Responsible for leading daily logistics operations, supervising teams, ensuring delivery accuracy, and coordinating with branches and clients.
• Oversee daily logistics operations including pickups, deliveries, and returns.
• Ensure accuracy of route sheets, manifests, COD/POD records.
• Lead and supervise teams, including night-shift operations.
• Coordinate with branches to clear outstanding deliveries.
• Maintain proper scanning at all operational stages.
• Handle client coordination with banks, corporates, and government entities.
• Investigate lost/damaged items and ensure timely reporting.
• Support COO and manage operations during his absence.
• 8–10 years’ experience in logistics/courier operations (3+ years in a senior role).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics systems and MS Office.
• Courier industry experience preferred.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
