Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a professional who can drive performance, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable business results through effective planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability across all locations through effective inventory planning and timely replenishment
- Develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize stock levels to minimize excess and obsolescence
- Monitor and improve supplier performance while building strong, strategic partnerships
- Track supply chain KPIs and generate actionable, data-driven insights
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, guide, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, demand planning, or inventory control (FMCG/Retail experience preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
- Solid knowledge of forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
