These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.lankatalents.lk (“the Website”) and all services provided by Lanka Talents Creation (Pvt) Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing the Website or using our services—including recruitment, training, CV writing, event registrations, and consultancy—you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

General Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to register or make payments through the Website.
• By using the Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

1. Services Provided

• Services include talent recruitment, CV writing, employer branding, corporate training, events, and workshops.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

1. User Responsibilities

• Users must keep login credentials confidential and ensure their account is used responsibly.
• Any misuse of the Website may result in suspension or termination of access.

1. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Lanka Talents Creation (Pvt) Ltd or its partners.
• No part of the Website or training materials may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

1. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services or Website, except where required by law.

 

Events – Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment

• All registrations for training programs and workshops are confirmed only upon full payment.
• Payment must be made by the deadline mentioned in the invoice/confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if payment is not received on time.
• For the events payments, the full payment must be done before three weeks.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

• All payments made for events are non-refundable.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

1. Event Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, venue, speakers, or schedule if necessary.
• Participants will be informed promptly of any significant changes.

1. Participation & Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive or inappropriate conduct.

1. Intellectual Property

• Training materials, presentations, and resources provided during the event are the intellectual property of the organizer and/or speakers.
• These may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

1. Liability

• The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the event, except where required by law.

1. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event administration and communication purposes.
• By registering, participants agree to receive event-related updates and future program notifications (unless opted out).

 

Payments

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Payments can be made through secure online gateways, bank transfer, or other methods stated in the invoice or confirmation email.
• Payments must be made in full by the specified deadline to confirm services or event participation.
• Instalment options may be available for certain services, as communicated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

1. General Services

• All payments are non-refundable. Once a service such as CV writing, recruitment, or consultancy has been purchased, no cancellation or refund request will be entertained.

1. Events

• All payments made for events are non-refundable.
• In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels an event, participants will be entitled to either a full refund or rescheduling.

1. Products or Materials

• If any physical products or materials are provided, these are not returnable once delivered, except in cases of proven defect or error attributable to us.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
