Lanka Talents Creation is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Executive to join our client's marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, entry-level candidates, and university students seeking internship opportunities who are passionate about social media, digital content, photography, reels, and creative communication.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of social media content and contribute to creating engaging digital content across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule day-to-day social media posts.
  • Create simple and engaging social media designs using Canva.
  • Assist with creating Reels, short-form videos, photographs, and other digital content.
  • Support product and content photoshoots.
  • Prepare, organize, and coordinate content for publishing across social media channels.
  • Maintain an organized social media content calendar.
  • Coordinate with external content creators when required.
  • Assist with content planning and execution.
  • Support other routine social media and digital marketing activities assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior work experience is not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • University students/internship applicants are welcome.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital content, and online communication.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and graphic/design tools.
  • Comfortable working with mobile photography, videos, and Reels.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the internal team and external content creators.
